Terms of service

Last updated August 2026

These terms cover your use of Bannerly. By designing, saving or exporting a banner you agree to them.

The service

Bannerly lets you design static and animated banners in your browser and export them as image or GIF files. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops.

Accounts

You can use the editor and export files without an account. An account is needed to save editable projects. Keep your sign-in details secure — you are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Plans and payment

  • The free plan gives you the full editor and exports, and may show an advert on export.
  • A paid plan adds saving and re-editing of projects, subject to the limits shown on the pricing section.
  • Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Your content

You keep ownership of the logos, images, clips and text you upload, and of the banners you create. You give us permission to store and process that material only so we can provide the service to you.

You confirm you have the right to use anything you upload, including any trademarks, photographs and fonts, and that your banners will not be unlawful, misleading or infringing.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • Do not use Bannerly to create content that is illegal, hateful or deceptive.
  • Do not resell or redistribute the editor itself.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We work to keep Bannerly available and reliable, but the service is provided as-is. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we recommend keeping your own copy of any exported file you rely on.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
