Bannerly is a browser-based tool for designing static and animated email signature banners. If you have a question about anything on this page, contact us at [email protected].

• Account details — if you create an account, your email address and authentication details, so you can sign in and we can associate saved projects with you.
• Banner projects — the designs you choose to save: text, colours, animation settings and links to any media you have uploaded.
• Uploaded brand assets — logos, images and video clips you upload for use inside your banners.
• Basic technical data — standard server and error logs generated when pages and files are requested.

If you use Bannerly without an account, your work-in-progress banner is kept in your own browser's local storage and is not sent to us.

• To let you sign in and return to your saved projects.
• To render, preview and export your banners.
• To keep the service running, diagnose faults and prevent abuse.

Logos, images and clips you upload are stored so they can be used in your banners. They are yours: we do not sell them, and we do not use them in marketing without asking you first. Only upload material you have the right to use.

Exporting on the free plan may show a short advert before your file is generated. Where an advertising partner is used, that partner may set its own cookies or identifiers — see the cookies page for more detail.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Bannerly — hosting, database and storage, email delivery and, where applicable, payment processing. They handle data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

Saved projects and uploaded assets are kept while your account is active. Delete a project or asset and it is removed from your account; ask us to close your account and we will remove your stored content.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged in the app.
